The staff were some of the nicest and accommodating people i ever had interactions with . They were professional , and personable and my needs were attended too with a smile and when they said they would handle it,it was done. They went out of their way to get me the best rate for my stay . It's the staff at the Essington ,pa location . They deserve a raise and high praise. I usually forget to fill these out. But I made a concerted effort this time to make sure that they get the recognition they deserve, because it was also very busy in here when they were doing that and they treated me like I was the only one in the police. So that's rare, i've been to quite a bit of hotels, and it's rarely like that.

The cable could be alot better ,and the tv was little dated . And the doors in here are loud . Other than that, I'll be coming back again and again

The location was good

Overpriced , room walls and ceiling were dirty, pool was overgrown and closed, exercise room was not maintained.
